Riga Shooting Experience with 5 Guns: Packages, Prices & Booking Guide
Tour Overview
This private shooting experience offers one of the most varied firearm lineups available in Riga for a single per-person price. At €95 per person, the session covers 5 different firearms with 5 shots each — totalling 25 rounds — and includes a standout weapon that doesn’t appear elsewhere in the Riga lineup: the Roni G17, a Glock 17 pistol in a tactical carbine conversion kit.
The session lasts approximately 50 minutes — slightly longer than the standard 40-minute sessions at the Šautuve range — reflecting the broader weapon variety and the personalised coaching approach. This is a fully private tour with only your group participating, and an English-speaking instructor present throughout.
The range is located on Daugavgrīvas iela in Riga’s Kurzemes district — a different venue to the Šautuve range at Meža iela 1A. Full meeting point details (including exact address) are sent via WhatsApp or SMS 24 hours before your session. Transport to the range is not included in the price.

The Roni G17: What Makes It Different
The Roni G17 is the most unusual weapon in this lineup. It’s a standard Glock 17 pistol inserted into a CAA Micro Roni carbine conversion kit — a tactical polymer chassis that adds a stock, foregrip, and picatinny rail to the pistol frame. The result is a compact personal defence weapon that handles like a carbine but fires 9mm pistol rounds. It bridges the gap between the standard Glock and a full rifle, and offers a noticeably different shooting posture and feel to either.
The Mossberg is an American-manufactured pump-action shotgun, distinct from the Winchester found at other Riga ranges — a different action feel and balance, though both are chambered in 12 gauge. The Walther G22 .22 LR carbine is the lightest-recoiling weapon in the session, ideal for building confidence and accuracy before the heavier firearms.
What to Expect
Before the Session
Full meeting point details — including the exact address on Daugavgrīvas iela — are sent to your phone via WhatsApp or SMS 24 hours before your session. Make sure to provide a working contact number when booking. You’ll make your own way to the range.
Safety Briefing & Session (~50 minutes)
Your experienced, friendly English-speaking instructor begins with a warm welcome and a comprehensive safety briefing covering proper handling, loading, stance, and accuracy for each weapon type. Because this is a private session — only your group — the instructor provides personalised coaching throughout, adjusting technique advice based on your accuracy and comfort with each firearm. The session moves through all 5 weapons in sequence, with 5 shots per weapon.
After the Session
A group photo session with the firearms is popular after the session — the lineup of 5 diverse weapons makes for good photos. The instructor is typically happy to help with this. Targets can be taken as souvenirs.

Visitor Tips
- Double-check your contact number when booking — the meeting point address on Daugavgrīvas iela is sent via WhatsApp or SMS 24 hours before your session. An incorrect number means you won’t receive it.
- The Roni G17 is the most unusual weapon in this lineup and isn’t featured in other standard Riga range packages. If you’ve already fired a standard Glock at another range, the Roni offers a completely different handling experience with the same round.
- The Walther G22 .22 LR is the lightest-recoiling weapon in the session — it’s a good starting point for first-timers before working up to the AK-47 and Mossberg.
- The Mossberg shotgun is an American-made alternative to the Winchester found at other Riga ranges. Both are pump-action 12-gauge, but the Mossberg has a notably different balance and action feel — worth comparing if you’ve already fired a Winchester.
- At €95 per person, this package sits between the Lieutenant (€95) and the Sergeant (€60) packs at the Extreme Movie Experience. The key differentiator here is the Roni G17 and Mossberg — not available at the Walters Shooting Range packages.
- This is a private session — the 50-minute duration is generous for 5 weapons. There’s no rush; your instructor will spend time coaching accuracy and adjusting your technique between weapons.
What Visitors Say
This experience holds a 5.0 out of 5 rating across 2 early Viator reviews. As a newer listing, it has fewer reviews than the longer-established Šautuve packages — but the 5-gun lineup and personalised coaching format have drawn strong initial feedback.
